Reach out to us with your interest in learning Japanese. You can ask questions about classes, schedules, or anything you’re curious about before committing.
To provide information, I will ask about your Japanese journey since each student has a different learning journey. After knowing your personal journey in detail, we can provide what we can do.
Application Form
Fill out a simple application form so we can get to know you better—your background, goals, and preferred learning style.
Confirmation & Required Documents
Once your application is received, we’ll confirm your enrollment and provide any necessary documents to be signed (such as class policy or terms of learning).
Level Assessment
If you’ve studied Japanese before, we’ll check your speaking skills. This ensures we place you in the right class for your current level.
Interview with Haruka-sensei
A short, friendly meeting to discuss your goals, learning challenges, and what you hope to achieve. This is also where we decide the best approach for you.
Class Selection by Haruka-sensei
Based on your level, goals, and preferences, Haruka-sensei will recommend the most suitable class—whether it’s 1-on-1, semi-private, or a small group.
Class Commencement
Your personal curriculum begins! In the very first lesson, we’ll review your goals again, adjust as needed, and start your journey with Nihongo Know.
